From personal to professional, Ormond Manor can plan the perfect gathering! From Wedding Receptions to Rehearsal Dinners, from Corporate Events, Social Luncheons, Baby or Bridal Showers, our Grand Ballroom is a wonderful space to fill with your fun event!

In addition to our Grand Ballroom, The Ormond Manor House or Carriage House is also available to rent for Luncheons, Birthday Parties, Showers, and other events.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Louis Armstrong International Airport, Ormond Manor is an excellent location to host a multitude of functions. Centrally located in an area rich in industry, agriculture, governmental and professional agencies, we are prepared to host your most important events and gatherings; from personal to professional. From a simple luncheon to hosting Fortune 500 conferences, Ormond Manor can cater to your needs.

The picturesque Ormond mansion, a rare example of the French West Indies style, is one of the oldest restored historic sites in the lower Mississippi River Valley.

With private rooms inside the Manor Home as well as our Carriage House and Grand Ballroom, we can accommodate from 2 to 300 people. You and your guests will step into an old world southern charm that includes an antique filled historic home, four elegantly appointed guest suites in our bed and breakfast, should your meetings require an overnight stay, fragrant gardens and more.

• Final payment, menu and guest count all due 2 weeks prior to Event.

• We require a non-refundable/non-transferrable $2000 deposit for weddings and events over $8,000 to secure the date for you.

• Minimum number of guests do apply to certain events. To upgrade an event with our food and beverage catering, from the Carriage House to the Grand Ballroom, there is a minimum allotment of 65 guests to upgrade.

• Client agrees that Boe and Company and its officers shall not be liable for losses, damages (including attorney’s fees, court costs, and consequential damages), detention, delay or failure to perform in whole or in part resulting from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, hurricanes, evacuations, fires, weather conditions, power outages, strikes, riots, embargos, delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies or requirements, or regulations of the United States Government or any other civil or military authority (to include any local legislation).

• Delays or non-performance excused by this provision shall not excuse payment of any amount owed by the Client at the time of said occurrence. If an event is cancelled in whole or in part because of a force majeure condition, a complete or partial refund will be made to the Client no later than fourteen (14) days after the date of the event. Last minute cancellations of outdoor site use due to inclement weather will not be considered for refunds.

• Our Suites are Double Occupancy rooms. Ormond is a smoke-free and pet-free facility.


• Please note that if there is a natural disaster or pandemic- Ormond will offer for your events to be rescheduled for another available date/time. There will not be a rescheduling fee applied to your invoice for any events rescheduled due to a natural disaster or pandemic.

• Please note that our building is approximately 230 years old and is registered as a historic structure. We ask that our guests take special care not to damage any of the of the unique wall hangings, decorations, etc. located throughout our facility. Guests wishing to place decorations of their own for events must obtain Ormond’s approval for methods used to secure decorations within the facility.

• All decorations must be removed without leaving damages directly following the departure of the last guest, unless special arrangements have been made between the Client(s) and the venue.

• Any overages the night of the event will result in charge of package rate plus 10% upcharge and 20% service charge. A credit card will be requested at the time of event.

NOTE: No fireworks, Chinese lanterns, confetti, beads, bird seed, faux flower petals scattered on ground, or loose glitter allowed on property. Sparkler clean up charge applies. (Sparklers not provided) No holes in walls or ceilings are to be made or trim to the mentioned.

• Additional hourly fee of 10% food/beverage for 1st hour, 15% for 2nd hour, and 20% for 3rd hour in addition to the standard 3 hour event time limit.
